装配式组合梁群钉剪力键剪切刚度试验研究

Experimental Study on Shear Stiffness of Group Stud Shear Keys in Prefabricated Composite Beams

摘要 为探究桥梁工程中装配式组合梁内集束钉群的荷载-变形特征,以钉群内栓钉数量为参数,开展了10个装配式群钉剪力键试件和3个现浇群钉试件的推出加载试验,对比破坏形态、承载力、滑移和剪切刚度,研究装配式与现浇式群钉剪力键的区别以及钉群内栓钉数量对力学行为,特别是界面滑移剪切刚度的影响。结果表明:相同参数下,装配式群钉剪力键试件的抗剪承载力和滑移刚度均略低于现浇试件;装配式和现浇群钉剪力键的荷载-滑移曲线均可分为弹性、弹塑性和塑性3个阶段;相同荷载条件下,装配式群钉剪力键的滑移剪切刚度小于现浇试件;随着钉群内栓钉数量增加,装配式群钉剪力键整体剪切刚度增加而平均单个栓钉的剪切刚度则明显降低。基于理论分析及试验数据,提出了装配式群钉剪力键的剪切刚度计算表达式。 To investigate the load-slip characteristics of the cluster stud group in the completed composite beam of bridge engineering,the push-out loading tests are conducted on 10 specimens of prefabricated group shear keys and 3 specimens of cast-in-situ group shear keys.The difference between prefabricated and cast-in-situ group stud shear keys is studied by comparing failure modes,bearing capacity,slip and shear stiffness,and the effect of the stud number in the stud group on the mechanical behaviour,particularly the interface slip shear stiffness,is discussed.Under the same conditions,the shear capacity and slipping stiffness of the prefabricated group stud shear keys are slightly lower than those of the cast-in-situ specimens;the load-slip curves of the two types of specimens can be divided into three stages of elasticity,elasto-plasticity,and plasticity;and under the same load,the slipping shear stiffness of the prefabricated group stud shear key is lower than that of the cast-in-situ group shear key.On the basis of theoretical analysis and experimental findings,a formula is provided for determining the shear stiffness of the prefabricated group stud shear key.
