摘要
定位于灰色文献资源库的基础建设层,将灰色文献建设与具有开放式存取功能的机构知识库(Institution Repository,IR)相对接并纳入IR建设的重要环节,以用户自存缴模式为底层逻辑,提倡以角色意识带动责任意识、服务意识和权益意识,改变灰色文献建设过程中以图书馆为建设主体、其他高校成员被动参与的局面,梳理并优化了存缴业务的各个环节,提出了适用于高校灰色文献建设的存缴框架。
This paper locates the study in the basic construction layer of grey literature resource database,connects the gray literature construction to the institution repository(IR)with open access function and includes it in the important links of IR construction,and taking the user’s self-deposit-and-payment mode as the underlying logic,advocates to drive the responsibility consciousness,the service consciousness and the rights consciousness with the role consciousness and to change the situation that the library is the main body and other university members are passive participants in the process of grey literature construction,combs out and optimizes each link of the deposit-and-payment business,and puts forward the deposit-and-payment framework suitable for the construction of grey literature in colleges and universities.
