摘要
滚动轴承广泛应用在转子系统中,其动态特性是决定转子系统动力学特性的关键因素之一。首先搭建了单盘两支点转子-轴承系统试验台,并对轴承热平衡过程中以及不同润滑油温度作用下转子系统不平衡振动特性进行了试验研究。其次,提出了一种基于转子振动响应的轴承刚度与游隙的辨识方法,获得了轴承在热平衡过程中以及不同润滑油温度作用下的刚度与游隙。最后,基于Lagrange法建立了转子-轴承系统动力学模型,将轴承刚度与游隙的辨识结果作为输入条件带入模型,分析了转速、不平衡量和润滑油温度对转子系统振动响应的影响以及轴承热平衡过程中系统的振动特性。研究成果为热效应下轴承性能参数识别以及转子系统的振动特性分析提供技术支持。
Rolling bearing is widely used in rotor system,and its dynamic characteristics are one of the key factors to determine the dynamic characteristics of rotor system.Firstly,a single disk two fulcrum rotor bearing system test-bed is built,and the unbalance vibration characteristics of the rotor system during the warm-up and under the action of different lubricating oil temperature are studied.Secondly,an identification method of bearing stiffness and clearance based on rotor vibration response is proposed,and the stiffness and clearance of the bearing during the warm-up and under the action of different lubricating oil temperature are obtained.Finally,the dynamic model of rotor bearing system is established based on Lagrange method.The identification results of bearing stiffness and clearance are taken into the model as input conditions.The effects of speed,unbalance and lubricating oil temperature on the vibration response of rotor system and the vibration characteristics of the system during the warm-up are analyzed.The research results provide technical support for bearing performance parameter identification under thermal effect and vibration characteristic analysis of rotor system.
