摘要
目的探究自拟健脾化瘀汤辅助经导管动脉栓塞化疗(TACE)术对血瘀脾虚型原发性肝癌患者的疗效。方法选取长葛市人民医院2020年9月至2021年9月接受TACE术治疗的74例原发性肝癌血瘀脾虚型患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案分为对照组和观察组,各37例。对照组于术后接受常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用自拟健脾化瘀汤治疗。对比两组疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、卡氏评分(KPS)、生存质量量表(QOL-C30)评分。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,KPS、QOL-C30评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组AFP、CA19-9水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟健脾化瘀汤辅助TACE术可降低血瘀脾虚型原发性肝癌患者血清肿瘤标志物水平,提高治疗效果及患者生存质量。
Objective To explore the efficacy of self-made Jianpi Huayu Decoction assisted by transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)in patients with primary liver cancer of blood stasis and spleen deficiency type.Methods A total of 74 patients with primary liver cancer with blood stasis and spleen deficiency type who received TACE treatment in Changge People’s Hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment plans,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given routine drug treatment after operation,and the observation group was additionally given self-made Jianpi Huayu Decoction.The curative effect,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9),alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),Karnofsky performance score(KPS)and quality of life scale(QOL-C30)scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of AFP and CA19-9 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Jianpi Huayu Decoction assisted by TACE can reduce the level of serum tumor markers in patients with primary liver cancer of blood stasis and spleen deficiency type,and improve the therapeutic effect and the quality of life of patients.
