摘要
目的分析还原型谷胱甘肽与复方甘草酸苷、复方氨基酸注射液联合治疗酒精性肝硬化(ALC)的效果。方法选取2019年9月至2021年6月在新密市第一人民医院就诊的76例ALC患者,根据药物治疗方案分为三药治疗组和双药治疗组,各38例。双药治疗组接受复方甘草酸苷和复方氨基酸注射液治疗,三药治疗组在双药治疗组基础上加用还原型谷胱甘肽。比较两组疗效、体征及症状改善情况、肝功能[谷草转氨酶(GOT)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、总胆红素(TBil)]、肝纤维化指标[Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PC-Ⅲ)、透明质酸酶(HA)]、胆囊壁厚度。结果三药治疗组总有效率高于双药治疗组(P<0.05);治疗后,三药治疗组的体征、症状改善情况优于双药治疗组,HA、Ⅳ-C、GOT、PC-Ⅲ、GGT、TBil、GPT水平低于双药治疗组,胆囊壁厚度小于双药治疗组(P<0.05)。结论还原型谷胱甘肽与复方氨基酸注射液、复方甘草酸苷联合治疗ALC患者的临床效果显著,可有效改善患者肝功能、肝纤维化程度、临床症状和体征。
Objective To analyze the effect of reduced glutathione combined with compound glycyrrhizin and compound amino acid injection in patients with alcoholic cirrhosis(ALC).Methods A total of 76 ALC patients treated in Xinmi First People’s Hospital from September 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into three drug treatment group and two drug treatment group according to the medication regimen,with 38 cases in each group.The two drug treatment group were treated with compound glycyrrhizin and compound amino acid injection,and the three drug treatment group was treated with reduced glutathione on the basis of the two drug treatment group.The curative effect,the improvement of signs and symptoms,liver function[glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT),glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT),glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT),total bilirubin(TBil)],liver fibrosis indexes[collage typeⅣ(Ⅳ-C),procollagen typeⅢ(PC-Ⅲ),hyaluronidase(HA)],gallbladder wall thickness before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate in three drug treatment group was higher than that in two drug treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of signs and symptoms in three drug treatment group was better than that in two drug treatment group,the levels of HA,Ⅳ-C,GOT,PC-Ⅲ,GGT,HA,TBil and GPT were lower than those in two drug treatment group,the thickness of the gallbladder wall was smaller than that in two drug treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Reduced glutathione combined with compound glycyrrhizin and compound amino acid injection are effective in treating patients with ALC,and can effectively improve the liver function,degree of liver fibrosis and symptoms of patients.
