摘要
石化企业的健康、平稳、高效发展,离不开干部队伍的建设与管理。建立并完善有效的干部队伍建设机制,加强干部队伍建设,不断提升干部队伍的素质与现代化管理水平,是石化企业健康、稳定、可持续发展的重要保证。文章从石化干部队伍“党性修养”“体制机制”“梯队建设”“高素质专业化队伍建设”“用人讲实效”等方面提出了针对性策略,为建设高素质、能办事、有成效的石化干部队伍提供参考。
The healthy, stable and efficient development of petrochemical enterprises is inseparable from the construction and management of cadres. Establishing and improving an effective cadre team building mechanism, strengthening the cadre team building, and continuously improving the quality of the cadre team and modern management level are important guarantees for the healthy, stable and sustainable development of petrochemical enterprises. The thesis puts forward targeted strategies from the aspects of “Party training” “system and mechanism” “echelon construction” “high-quality team construction” “employment of people and practical results” for the petrochemical cadre team.
