摘要
本文以中国知网(CNKI)为数据库,搜索1995~2021年所有有关“沙利度胺、抗肿瘤”词条的研究性文献,排除综述、会议文章、论著、共识、Meta分析、同一项目组相似研究论文等,最终获取82篇高质量基础研究性论文,拟通过对文献的深入剖析,进一步探索沙利度胺抗肿瘤机制,从而为临床用药提供丰富的理论依据。
In this paper,all research literature related to the entry"thalidomide,anti-tumor"from 1995 to 2021 in China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI)database is searched.After excluding reviews,conference papers,monographs,consensus,meta-analysis,similar research papers of the same project group,82 high-quality basic research papers are obtained.It is planned to further explore the anti-tumor mechanism of thalidomide through in-depth analysis of the literature,so as to provide a rich theoretical basis for clinical drug use.
