摘要 为提高供电服务指挥平台电网指挥服务与业务运营一体化程度,加强电网企业运行的安全稳定,提出一种基于多信息融合和模糊决策的电网企业自动监控方法。通过数据集成技术采集相关动态及静态数据整合为信息完整数据,供运营监控中心使用,并利用阈值法检测硬件系统,提高配电网故障检测技术的检测精度,采用模糊故障诊断方法对配电网的供电配网进行全面的检查,结合负荷控制策略通过控制目标函数,达到配网运营自动监测。实验结果表明:该方法具有较高的监测精度和实时性,还可中断负荷,实时、经济地平衡电网的运行状态。 In order to improve the integration of power grid command service and business operation and enhance the security and stability of power grid enterprise operation, a automatic monitoring method of power grid enterprise based on multi information fusion and fuzzy decision is proposed. Through data integration technology, the dynamic and static data are collected and integrated into complete information data for the operation monitoring center. The threshold method is used to detect the hardware system to improve the detection accuracy of distribution network fault detection technology. The fuzzy fault diagnosis method is used to comprehensively inspect the power supply and distribution network of the distribution network. Combined with the load control strategy, the control objective function is used to achieve the distribution Network operation automatic monitoring. The experimental results show that the method has high monitoring accuracy and real-time performance, and can also interrupt the load properly,and balance the operation state of the power grid in real time and economically.
