摘要
某公司精对苯二甲酸(PTA)装置采用进口专利技术,薄膜蒸发器是PTA装置溶剂回收系统中的重要设备,其作用是从对苯二甲酸(TA)的残渣中分离出醋酸和水。该设备由日本日立公司制造,型号为MMC-6055,该薄膜蒸发器用机械密封的特点是:介质腐蚀性强,密封腔的轴向尺寸短,转子径向摆动大。针对以上难点,通过对密封摩擦副材质升级、参数调整,有效提高了机械密封的使用寿命。
In one PTA plant,which adopts imported patented technology,the thin-film distillers produced by HITACHI with model MMC-6055 are used as critical equipment for solvent recovery system.The function is to separate acetic acid and water from the residue of terephthalic acid(TA).The mechanical seal used for thin-film distillers have characteristics of high corrosive medium,short axial dimension in seal chamber and large radial movement on rotor.Considering these factors mentioned above,the service life of mechanical seal can be greatly improved by upgrading the material of friction faces and optimizing the parameters.
