摘要 介绍了基于飞思卡尔MC9S12XS128MAL单片机的ESC液压控制单元测试系统,具体阐述了ESC液压控制单元常规制动性能、ABS制动性能、主动制动性能、ABS制动耐久性及主动制动耐久性测试的实现方法。该测试系统不依赖于通讯协议,完全不同于汽车行业现有规定的试验方法,以更加直观的方式测试,测试方法和测试系统具有一定的创新性,实践结果表明该系统运行稳定,电磁阀脉冲电压控制精准,输入液压、输出液压、脉冲电压数据采集实时;试验测得的输出液压、脉冲电压与时间的历程关系曲线稳定可靠,可以满足各主机厂及零部件厂商对ESC液压控制单元试验的要求。 This paper introduces the test system of ESC hydraulic control unit based on Freescale mc9s12xs128mal,The test methods of conventional braking performance,ABS braking performance,active braking performance,ABS braking durability and active braking durability of ESC hydraulic control unit are described in detail.The test system does not rely on communication protocol,which is completely different from the existing test methods in the automotive industry.It tests in a more intuitive way,and the test method and test system are innovative.The practical results show that the system runs stably,the pulse voltage control of solenoid valve is accurate,and the data acquisition of input hydraulic pressure,output hydraulic pressure and pulse voltage is real-time.The curves of output hydraulic pressure,pulse voltage and time history measured in the test are stable and reliable,which can meet the requirements of ESC hydraulic control unit test of main engine manufacturers and parts manufacturers.
