摘要
微小RNA(microRNAs, miRNAs)是一类内源性非编码,长度在12~15个核苷酸的单链小分子RNA。MiRNA-186在多种肿瘤中特别是非小细胞肺癌中表达异常,大多通过作用于靶基因的3′非翻译区(3′-untranslated region,3′UTR)影响肿瘤细胞的生长、增殖、侵袭和凋亡等生物学行为。与癌症相关的miRNAs不仅可以作为可靠的诊断标志物,而且还可作为潜在的治疗靶点。MiRNA-186与其上下游因子之间的相互作用构成了复杂的调控网络,有望成为非小细胞肺癌诊疗及预测预后的重要手段。本文就近年来miRNA-186在非小细胞肺癌中的研究进展进行综述。
MicroRNAs(miRNAs) is a class of endogenous unencoding small molecule RNA with a length of 12-15 nucleotides.MiRNA-186 is abnormally expressed in a variety of tumors, especially in non-small cell lung cancer, mostly by acting on the3′-untranslated region(3′UTR) of the target gene, affecting the biological behavior of tumor cells, such as growth, proliferation,invasion and apoptosis. Cancer-associated miRNAs serve not only as credible diagnostic markers, but also as potential thera-peutic targets. The interaction between miRNA-186 and its upstream and downstream factors constitutes a complex regulatory network, which is expected to become an important means of early diagnosis and prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer.This paper reviews the research progress of miRNA-186 in non-small cell lung cancer in recent years.
