摘要
依托深圳地铁12号线盾构隧道既有矿山法隧道工程,采用ANSYS软件研究既有隧道二次衬砌及盾构管片受力特性。双线贯通后,既有隧道第一主应力最大值达到3.85 kPa,第三主应力最大值达到3.75 kPa,盾构隧道变形较小,最大沉降变形为0.91 mm,最大隆起变形为0.28 mm。最大主应力为0.99 MPa,出现在右线隧道拱底位置。
Relying on the existing mine method tunnel project of the shield tunnel of Shenzhen Metro Line 12,ANSYS was used to study the stress characteristics of the existing tunnel secondary lining and shield segment.After the double line is penetrated,the maximum value of the first principal stress of the existing tunnel reaches 3.85 kPa,and the maximum value of the third principal stress reaches 3.75 kPa.The deformation of the shield tunnel is small,the maximum settlement deformation is 0.91 mm,and the maximum uplift deformation is 0.28 mm.The maximum principal stress is 0.99 MPa,which appears at the bottom of the tunnel arch on the right line.
