摘要
针对住宅小区的特点,分析住宅小区住户、物业、商业、配套等业态的信息网络系统的需求,结合住宅小区物业运行和管理需要,依据国标规范和技术标准,采用光纤到户(FTTH)技术和局域网(LAN)技术,构建住宅小区综合信息网络系统。
According to the characteristics of the residential area, this paper analyzed the needs of the information network system of the residential area residents, property, commerce, supporting and other business forms.Combined with the needs of the residential area property operation and management, according to the national standard specifications and technical standards, FTTH(fiber to the home) technology and LAN(local area network) technology are used to build a comprehensive information network system of the residential area.
