摘要
本文针对当前甲烷传感器瓦斯浓度检测精度不足,及使用可靠性不足等问题,设计了一种针对某企业的新型激光甲烷传感器。笔者通过对激光传感器原理的阐述,以及实际的设计,并将所设计的传感器产品应用于实际的企业与当前传统甲烷传感器作对比。最终结果表明:设计的激光甲烷传感器在检测准确率和可靠性方面较传统传感器有明显提升。
in view of the current methane sensor on the gas concentration detection accuracy is insufficient,on the use of such problems as lack of reliability,design a new laser methane sensor for an enterprise and based on the principle of laser sensor,as well as the actual design,and the design of sensor products applied in the actual enterprise compared with the traditional methane sensor using effect. The final results show that the designed laser methane sensor can effectively improve the accuracy and reliability of detection.
