摘要
传统蒸汽发生器排污系统使用除盐床设备去除排污水中离子以减少二回路腐蚀,设备中填充的离子交换树脂需要频繁更换,增加了系统运行成本、操作人员工作量和受辐射风险。电去离子技术具有自动化程度高、运行成本低、能够连续除盐等优点,在核电站中有良好的应用前景。通过分析两种技术特点,在设计、运行维修及经济性等方面对两种系统典型配置进行对比,说明电去离子技术在蒸汽发生器排污系统中的应用方式及应用优势,为压水堆核电厂蒸汽发生器排污系统设计提供参考。
Conventional steam generator blowdown system uses demineralizer bed to remove ions from blowdown water to prevent secondary loop corrosion.The resins in the demineralizer bed need to be replaced frequently,which increases the operating cost,operators’ workload and the risk of being radiated.Electrodeionization is a highly automated technique,which is able to continuously remove ions and has a relatively low operating cost.These characteristics make electrodeionization suitable for use in nuclear power plant.Principles of electrodeionization technology and demineralizer bed are analyzed and typical configuration and characteristics of steam generator blowdown system using these two techniques are compared to conclude that the application of electrodeionization is more advantageous than conventional use of demineralizer bed,providing reference for designs of applying electrodeionization to nuclear power plant.
