摘要
随着国家现代化进程的推进,各行业对石油的需求量与日俱增。石油开采作业期间,油井出砂问题相对严重,是当下石油开采作业中急需解决的问题。油井出砂不但会导致油井减产,引发井下设备老化、磨损,严重时还会引发开采区亏空、油井报废等问题。因此,加强油井出砂问题的分析已经成为当下主要研究内容。基于上述要求,探讨了油井出砂的危害,探讨了油井出砂的原因,并提出了油井防砂技术,以期高效解决油井出砂问题,带动国内石油开采工作的顺利发展。
With the advancement of national modernization,the demand for oil in various industries is increasing day by day.During oil exploitation,the problem of sand production in oil wells is relatively serious,which is an urgent problem to be solved in oil exploitation.Sand production from oil wells will not only reduce the production of oil wells,lead to the aging and wear of downhole equipment,but also lead to the deficit of production area and the scrapping of oil wells.Therefore,strengthening the analysis of oil well sand production has become the main research content.Based on the above requirements,this paper discusses the harm of oil well sand production,discusses the causes of oil well sand production combined,and puts forward oil well sand control technology,in order to effectively solve the problem of oil well sand production and drive the smooth development of domestic oil exploitation.
