摘要
近年来,党和国家对民生问题高度重视。党的十八大强调了教育在改善民生中的突出位置,党的十九大更是把民生问题提到一个更高的层次,这是中国特色社会主义民生思想的创新及升华,是党和国家逐渐强大、繁荣的武器。从民生的本源入手,探讨教育和民生的内在关系,深刻剖析我国教育事业的发展现状,在此基础上,从加大教育投入、优先发展教育,均衡教育资源配置、进一步保障并实现教育公平,以及从教育管理的体制、机制入手,进一步转变政府职能,建设服务型政府,增强高校自主办学能力等多个方面,阐述教育民生的改革举措,激发我国教育发展的动力与活力,用教育托起民生未来,助力我国教育高质量发展,为中华民族的伟大复兴贡献自己的力量。
In recent years, the Party and the country attach great importance to people’s livelihood. The 18th CPC National Congress of the CPC emphasizes the prominent position of education in improving people’s livelihood. The 19th CPC National Congress mentions the issue of people’s livelihood to a higher level, which is the innovation and sublimation of the socialist thought on people’s livelihood with Chinese characteristics, and the gradually strong and prosperous weapon of the Party and the country. This paper starts from the origin of people’s livelihood, discusses the internal relationship between education and people’s livelihood, deeply analyzes the current development situation of education in China. On this basis, from the aspects of increasing investment in education, giving priority to the development of education, balancing the allocation of education resources, further ensuring and realizing education equity, and starting from the system and mechanism of education management,transforming government functions, building a service-oriented government, and enhancing the ability of colleges and universities to run their own schools, we elaborate the reform measures of education and people’s livelihood,stimulate the power and vitality of China’s education development, and support the future of people’s livelihood with education, to help the high-quality development of China’s education and contribute to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
