摘要
目的探析疼痛综合护理管理对胃肠外科的干预效果。方法选取2020年1月—2021年1月在湖南省石门县人民医院胃肠外科工作的12名护理人员作为参比组,此阶段运用传统护理管理。选取2021年2月—2022年2月在湖南省石门县人民医院胃肠外科工作的12名护理人员作为观察组,此阶段运用疼痛综合护理管理。分析两组管理后的专科成绩、管理能力、管理满意度。结果管理后,观察组专科成绩高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理能力高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对胃肠外科工作的护理人员进行管理时,应用疼痛综合护理管理能够丰富其专科知识,增强管理能力,提高满意度。
Objective To explore the intervention effect of comprehensive pain nursing management on the lifestyle and behavior of patients with gastric cancer surgery.Methods 12 nursing staff in the gastrointestinal Surgery Department of Shimen County People's Hospital of Hunan Province from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the reference group,and traditional nursing management was used at this stage.12 nursing staff working in the gastrointestinal Surgery Department of Shimen County People's Hospital of Hunan Province from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the observation group,and comprehensive pain nursing management was used at this stage.The academic performance,management ability and management satisfaction of the two groups after management were analyzed.Results After managing,the specialty scores in the observation group were higher than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management ability of the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of nurses working in gastrointestinal surgery,the application of pain comprehensive nursing management can enrich expertise,enhance management ability,and improve management satisfaction.
