摘要
以弹性针织物为基底,采用网印技术对织物进行导电整理,使其具有良好的导电性能、水溶性及成膜性的PEDOT∶PSS导电油墨在织物表面形成导电涂层。将柔性材料和导电聚合物经网印复合后制成的导电弹性织物,能够直接附着在人体皮肤表面,作为应变传感器检测人体的运动。
With elastic knitted fabric as the base,the conductive fi nishing of the fabric is carried out by screen printing.The conductive coating is formed on the surface of the fabric by PEDOT:PSS conductive ink with good conductive properties,water solubility and fi lm formation.Therefore,the conductive elastic fabric made of fl exible material and conductive polymer by screen printing can be directly attached to the surface of human skin as a strain sensor to detect human movement.
