摘要
两个相继发布的标准GB/T 15576—2020《低压成套无功功率补偿装置》和T/CPSS 1001—2019《低压混合式动态无功补偿装置》,均对低压成套无功补偿装置有针对性的技术要求和检测规定。从标准适用范围、术语和定义、装置分类方式、使用条件、基本防护、控制和保护功能、性能试验、电磁兼容性测试、环境温度性能试验等方面出发,研究分析了两个标准的主要差异,为相关人员提供参考。
The two standards Low-voltage Reactive Power Compensation Assemblies(GB/T 15576—2020)and Low Voltage Hybrid Dynamic Reactive Power Compensation Assemblies(T/CPSS 1001—2019)was successively issued,which have the targeted technical requirements and detection provisions for the low voltage switchgear assembly reactive power compensation devices.The main differences of the two standards are studied and analyzed from the aspects of the standard application scope,terms and definitions,device classification,service conditions,basic protection,control and protection functions,performance test,electromagnetic compatibility test,ambient temperature performance test,etc.,which can provide the reference for relevant personnel.
