摘要
港口作为现代海上运输网络体系的枢纽和对外交流的窗口,在促进国际贸易以及地区经济发展中有着举足轻重的作用,依托港口优势发展腹地经济也成为研究的重点。通过回顾国内外学者在港口竞争力因素、港口竞争力评价方法领域的研究,遵从港口竞争力评价指标体系构建原则,选择17个指标构建评价指标体系;结合相关统计数据,通过因子分析法对青岛港、日照港、烟台港、威海港做出实证分析;提出山东半岛内主要港口竞争力提升的对策及区域综合性建议,即完善港口基础设施建设,提升港口综合竞争力;完善铁路集疏运系统,推动港区一体化建设。
As the hub of the modern maritime transportation network system and the window for foreign exchanges,ports play a pivotal role in promoting international trade and regional economic development.Relying on the advantages of ports to develop hinterland economy has also become the focus of research.This article first reviews the domestic and foreign scholars’ research on port competitiveness factors and port competitiveness evaluation methods;in accordance with the principles of port competitiveness evaluation index system construction,17 indicators are selected to construct the evaluation index system;combined with relevant statistical data,through factor analysis The law makes an empirical analysis of Qingdao Port,Rizhao Port,Yantai Port,and Weihai Port;it puts forward countermeasures and regional comprehensive suggestions for improving the competitiveness of major ports in Shandong Peninsula,That is,improve the port infrastructure construction and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the port;Improve the railway collection and distribution system and promote the integrated construction of the port area.
