直流融冰装置谐波对避雷器泄露电流的影响 被引量:1

摘要 近年,低温冰冻雨雪等极端天气对电网安全稳定运行造成极大威胁,直流融冰装置是应对极端气候的关键技术手段,可以有效提高电网抵御冰冻灾害的能力。2019年,昆明供电局500 kV七甸变电站加装直流融冰装置,由于直流装置整流单元采用传统半控型电力电子元件,将在交直流侧产生大量谐波。直流融冰装置零功率调试和带线路融冰试验中发现该谐波不仅会影响系统保护动作,还会影响金属氧化物避雷器泄露电流的测量,从而影响对系统设备绝缘特性的判断。本文研究了七甸变直流融冰装置及其谐波特性,进一步研究直流融冰装置产生的谐波对系统中金属氧化物避雷器泄露电流测量的影响,给出这一过程的理论推导与分析,为进一步指导直流融冰装置的投运和排除谐波对金属氧化物避雷器泄漏电流带电监测的影响提供理论依据。 In recent years,extreme weather such as low temperature freezing rain and snow has caused great threat to the safe and stable operation of the power grid.The DC ice melting device is a key technical means to cope with extreme weather and can effectively improve the ability of the power grid to resist freezing disasters.In 2019,the Kunming Power Supply Bureau 500 kV Qidian substation installed DC ice melting device.Since the rectifier unit of the DC ice melting device uses traditional half-controlled power electronic components,a large amount of harmonics will be generated on the AC/DC side.The zero-power debugging of the DC ice-melting device and the line melting test show that the harmonic will not only affect the system protection action,but also affect the measurement of the leakage current of the metal oxide arrester,thus affecting the judgment of the insulation characteristics of the system equipment.In this paper,the DC melting device in Qidian substation and its harmonic characteristics are studied,and the influence of harmonics generated by DC ice melting device on the leakage current measurement of metal oxide arrester in the system is studied.The theoretical derivation and analysis of this process are given.In order to further guide the operation of the DC ice-melting device and the elimination of harmonics,the theoretical basis for the influence of the leakage current monitoring of the metal oxide arrester is provided.
