摘要
研究了从铍铜合金熔铸过程产生的废渣中回收铍及有用资源的工艺:采用ESR废渣作覆盖剂,在真空感应炉内、熔融态渣层的保护下精炼提纯铍铜废渣,精炼完毕后浇铸得到的元宝锭可作为中间合金用于生产铍铜合金铸锭,以替代昂贵的铍铜母合金。回收后的ESR废渣可再次循环用于铍铜废渣的回收处理,也可除杂、提纯后用作制造陶瓷、玻璃等的助熔剂。实验结果表明,在ESR废渣和CaF_(2)最佳质量比下,调整渣系黏度至0.09Pa·s左右,有利于金属收率和Be收率的提高;当真空度达到<0.07MPa时,真空精炼得到无气孔、内部组织均匀的元宝锭。此技术的成功研发,不仅使铍铜废渣得到资源化综合利用,变废为宝,大大降低了生产成本,提高了金属收率,同时也解决了铍铜废渣长期存放带来的环境问题。
The technology of recovering beryllium and useful resources from the waste slag produced in the melting and casting process of beryllium-copper alloy was studied.Using ESR waste slag as a covering agent,beryllium-copper waste slag was refined and purified in a vacuum induction furnace under the protection of a molten slag layer.The Yuanbao ingots obtained after refining and casting can be used as interalloys for producing beryllium-copper alloy ingots to replace expensive beryllium-copper master alloys.The recovered ESR waste slag can be recycled for the recovery treatment of beryllium-copper waste slag,and can also be used as a flux for the manufacture of ceramics,glass,etc.after impurity removal and purification.The experimental results show that adjusting the slag viscosity to about 0.09 Pa·s under the optimal mass ratio of ESR waste slag to CaF_(2) is beneficial to the improvement of metal yield and Be yield.When the vacuum degree is below 0.07 MPa,the Yuanbao ingots with no pores and uniform internal microstructure are obtained by vacuum refining.The successful research and development of this technology not only enables the comprehensive utilization of beryllium-copper waste slag as resources,turns waste into treasure,greatly reduces production costs and increases metal recovery rate,but also solves the environmental problems caused by long-term storage of beryllium-copper waste slag.
