石煤高温熟化-柱浸提钒工艺研究 被引量:1

Process Research on Vanadium Extraction from Stone Coal by High Temperature Curing and Column Leaching

摘要 采用拌酸团球-高温熟化-柱浸工艺对石煤中的钒进行提取,考察了硫酸用量、熟化补水量、粘结剂用量、熟化温度、熟化时间、熟化料粒度和喷淋强度等工艺条件对原矿钒浸出效果的影响。结果表明:当原矿粒度<12mm,原矿含水量为10%,硫酸用量为20%,粘结剂用量为0.05%,熟化温度为135℃,熟化时间为10h,熟化料粒度<8cm,淋浸段液固比为1.5:1,喷淋强度为15L/(m^(2)·h)时,钒浸出率为76.99%;对浸出渣进行四次水洗(洗涤段液固比1.5:1)后钒浸出率可提高至87.48%,尾渣中V_(2)0_(5)含量可降低至0.11%。本研究可为钒矿堆浸的工业化生产提供重要的参考。 The extraction of vanadium from stone coal was carried out by the process of acid mixing pelleting,high temperature curing and column leaching.Also,the study discussed the leaching effect of vanadium from raw ore affected by process conditions such as the amount of sulfuric acid,the amount of water supplement for curing,the binder dosage,the curing temperature,the curing time,the particle size of the cured material and the spraying intensity.The results show that the leaching rate is 76.99%when the conditions of the process are as follows:The particle size of the raw ore is less than 12 mm;the water content of the raw ore is 10%;the amount of sulfuric acid is 20%;the binder dosage is 0.05%;the curing temperature is 135 C;the curing time is 10 h;the particle size of the cured material is less than 8 cm;the liquid-solid ratio of leaching section is 1.5:1;the spraying intensity is 15 L/(m^(2)·h).After the leaching residue is washed four times(the liquid-solid ratio of washing section is 1.5:1),the leaching rate of vanadium can be increased to 87.48%,and the content of V_(2)O_(5),in the tailings can be reduced to 0.11%.The research can provide important reference for the industrial production of the heap-leaching of vanadium ore.
