含腐植酸硫酸钾型掺混肥中氧化钾含量检测方法的比较与优化

摘要 生态优先绿色发展已成为时代的主旋律,在“碳达峰、碳中和”目标的背景下,农业向低碳绿色方向转型已成为必然。越来越多肥料生产企业利用腐植酸可以促进作物对氮、磷、钾吸收的独特作用,开发出多种含腐植酸复合肥料。本文针对含腐植酸硫酸钾型掺混肥产品质量检测分析过程中由于腐植酸存在影响氧化钾含量检测准确度的问题开展技术研究,最终总结出一套检测速度快、成本低及结果准确的氧化钾含量检测分析方法。 Ecological priority green development has become the theme of the times,and under the background of the goal of“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”,the transformation of agriculture to low-carbon green has become inevitable.More and more fertilizer production enterprises use humic acid to promote the unique role of crops in nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium absorption,and develop a variety of compound fertilizers containing humic acid.In this paper,the technical research was carried out to solve the problem that humic acid affects the detection accuracy of potassium oxide content in the process of product quality detection and analysis of potassium sulfate mixed fertilizer containing humic acid,and finally summarized a set of potassium oxide content detection and analysis methods with fast detection speed,low cost and accurate results.
