摘要
为实现对西一线杨滩高后果区地下管道、焊缝等进行三维模型的数字化恢复,做好天然气长输管道高后果区数字孪生技术的研究很有必要。以天然气长输管道高后果区识别方法为入手点,详细阐述了高后果区识别的关键。同时,对高后果区识别中依托数字孪生技术建立的孪生管道可视化管控平台登录、操作进行了分析,该平台是实现识别高后果区的工具支撑,也是孪生技术的产物。最后,详细阐述了HCA识别方法在西气东输孪生管道高后果区的应用方法。上述技术、平台、识别方法的运用,为提高高后果区识别效果及西气东输管道建设管理质量提供了坚实保障。
In order to realize the digital restoration of three-dimensional models of underground pipelines and welds in Yangtan high consequence area of the west line,it is necessary to do a good job in the research of digital twin technology in high consequence area of long-distance natural gas transmission pipeline.Based on the identification method of high consequence area of long-distance natural gas pipeline,this paper expounds the key of high consequence area identification in detail.At the same time,the login and operation of the twin pipeline visual control platform established by digital twin technology in the identification of high consequence areas are analyzed.This platform is the tool support for the identification of high consequence areas and is also the product of twin technology.Finally,the application method of HCA identification method in high consequence area of twin pipeline of West to east gas transmission is expounded in detail;The application of the above technologies,platforms and identification methods provides a solid guarantee for improving the identification effect of high consequence areas and the construction and management quality of west east gas transmission pipeline.
