摘要
通过对人造石墨负极材料进行高温氧化处理,系统研究了氧化作用对人造石墨负极材料关键指标的影响。结果表明:氧化作用会对人造石墨材料的结构造成刻蚀,最终导致人造石墨致密结构破坏发生剥离。氧化作用造成的结构变化会导致人造石墨关键指标发生显著性变化,比表面积和粉末压实密度指标上升,振实密度、比容量、效率指标下降,导致人造石墨材料的加工性能和电化学性能受到影响。
The influence of oxidation on the key parameters of artificial graphite anode materials was systematically studied. The results show that the structure of artificial graphite is corroded by oxidation, and finally the compact structure of artificial graphite is destroyed and transformed into expanded structure. As the structure changes, the key parameters of artificial graphite changes dramatically as well. Both the specific surface area and powder compaction density increase, and the tap density, capacity, and initial coulombic efficiency decrease correspondingly, which affect the processability and electrochemical performance.
