摘要
利用Super-SBM模型结合Malmquist指数测度2001—2019年长江经济带旅游业全要素碳生产率,并运用VAR模型探讨旅游业全要素碳生产率与旅游产业集聚的互动响应,以期为长江经济带旅游碳减排工作和实现旅游高质量发展提供参考。结果表明:1)2001—2014年,长江经济带旅游业全要素碳生产率变化率呈波动变化态势,之后逐渐趋于平稳,旅游业全要素碳生产率增长动力主要来源于旅游业技术进步;2)研究期内,长江经济带旅游业全要素碳生产率的增长速度整体表现出“东部>中部>西部”的区域差异特征,其中东部和中部地区的旅游业技术效率亟待提高,而西部地区的旅游业技术进步有待加强;3)长江经济带旅游业全要素碳生产率与旅游产业集聚水平的脉冲响应,主要表现为前期呈波动变化而后逐渐趋于平稳的态势;4)研究初期,各地区旅游业全要素碳生产率主要受自身影响,随着时间推移,旅游产业集聚对旅游业全要素碳生产率的贡献程度升高;旅游业全要素碳生产率对旅游产业集聚的贡献程度则因地区不同而异。
A Super-SBM model and Malmquist index were used to measure the tourism total factor carbon productivity in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Furthermore,the VAR model was established to explore the interactive response relationship between the tourism total factor carbon productivity and tourism agglomeration.It is of great importance to reduce tourism carbon emissions and realize high-quality development of the tourism industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The results show that:(1)The change rate of tourism total factor carbon productivity in the Yangtze River Economic Belt fluctuates from 2001 to 2014,and then the growth rate is relatively stable.Tourism technology progress is the main power for tourism total factor carbon productivity.(2)During the research period,the growth rate of tourism total factor carbon productivity shows a regional difference of“East>Centre>West”in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The tourism technology efficiency in the eastern region and central region is urgently needed to be improved,and the tourism technology progress in the western region is urgently needed to be improved.(3)The impulse response of the tourism total factor carbon productivity and tourism agglomeration in the Yangtze River Economic Belt shows a large fluctuation in the early stage and stable in the later stage.(4)The tourism total factor carbon productivity is mainly influenced by its internal impulse at initial stage,then the contribution of tourism agglomeration to tourism total factor carbon productivity has gradually increased.However,the contribution of tourism total factor carbon productivity to the tourism agglomeration varies from region to region.
