秦巴山区县域资源环境综合承载力动态评价研究——以重庆市城口县为例 被引量:4

Research on Dynamic Evaluation of County Resource and Environment Comprehensive Carrying Capacity in Qinba Mountain Area:Based on Chengkou County,Chongqing

摘要 【目的】秦巴山区以优越的资源环境条件成为国家生态文明建设的重要场所,探究秦巴山区资源环境综合承载力,对于推动区域可持续发展以及人地协调具有重要意义。【方法】以位于秦巴山区的重庆市城口县为研究对象,从自然资源、生态环境、社会经济等3个子系统构建城口县资源环境综合承载力指标体系,采用改进后的TOPSIS模型对城口县2007—2018年的资源环境综合承载力进行动态评价。【结果】2007—2018年,城口县资源环境综合承载力呈波动上升趋势;自然资源子承载力呈先上升后下降的趋势,生态环境子承载力以及社会经济子承载力整体上均呈上升趋势;对城口县资源环境综合承载力影响最大的是自然资源子承载力,其次是生态环境子承载力,最后是社会经济子承载力。【结论】研究结果可以为秦巴山区其他县域资源环境综合承载力评价提供参考。 [Purposes]With its superior resource and environmental conditions,Qinba mountain area has become an important place for the construction of national ecological civilization.Exploring the resource and environment comprehensive carrying capacity in Qinba mountain area is of great significance to promote regional sustainable development and human-land coordination.[Methods]Taking Chengkou county of Chongqing,which is located in Qinba mountain area,as the research object,constructing Chengkou county’s resource and environmental comprehensive carrying capacity index system from the three subsystems of natural resources,ecological environment,and social economy,using the improved TOPSIS model to dynamically evaluate Chengkou county’s resource and environmental comprehensive carrying capacity from 2007 to 2018.[Findings]From 2007 to 2018,during the study period,the resource and environment comprehensive carrying capacity of Chengkou county showed a fluctuating upward trend.The natural resources sub-carrying capacity shows an upward trend first and then a downward trend.The ecological environment sub-carrying capacity and the social economy sub-carrying capacity have shown an overall upward trend.The greatest impact on the resource and environment comprehensive carrying capacity in Chengkou county is the natural resources sub-carrying capacity,followed by the ecological environment sub-carrying capacity,and finally the socio-economic sub-carrying capacity.[Conclusions]The results can provide a reference for the research on the resource and environment comprehensive carrying capacity in other counties in the Qinba mountain area.
