摘要
提出并实行乡村振兴战略是党和国家重要的战略举措。体育不仅关乎国运兴衰,在乡村振兴中也将发挥重要作用。运用文献资料、逻辑分析、田野考察等方法,探讨体育在乡村振兴中的价值、问题与发展对策。研究认为,体育在乡村振兴中的价值主要体现在经济、文化、社会三个方面,但其价值的发挥目前仍存在诸多困境,如农村体育设施不足、分布不合理;农村“体育+”多种模式实际应用未全面覆盖;人民群众对于民族传统体育产生认知偏差;乡村民间传统体育文化碎片化,“乡味”变淡;乡村人口年龄两极分化严重,体育参与主体多样性难以满足等。基于此,应充分考虑多方因素,优化体育设施布局;调整乡村体育产业发展模式,促进体育产业兴旺;打造宜居乡村,积极实施人才引流;结合乡风民俗和区域特色,倡导民族传统体育项目,以期以体育的发展拉动乡村经济、社会、文化的梯度式增长,助力乡村振兴。
Proposing and implementing the rural revitalization strategy is an important strategic measure for the party and the country.Sports are not only related to the rise and fall of national fortunes,but will also play an important role in rural revitalization.The value,problems and development countermeasures of sports in rural revitalization are discussed by using the methods of literature,logical analysis and field investigation.The research believes that the value of sports in rural revitalization is mainly reflected in the three aspects of economy,culture and society,but there are still many difficulties in the development of its value,such as insufficient rural sports facilities and unreasonable distribution;the practical application of the model is not fully covered;the people have cognitive biases towards traditional national sports;the rural folk traditional sports culture is fragmented,and the“rural flavor”has become weak;the age polarization of the rural population is serious,and the diversity of sports participants is difficult to meet.Based on this,we should fully consider various factors to optimize the layout of sports facilities;adjust the development model of the rural sports industry to promote the prosperity of the sports industry;build livable villages and actively implement talent drainage;combine rural customs and regional characteristics,advocate traditional national sports projects,in order to promote the gradient growth of rural economy,society and culture with the development of sports,and help rural revitalization.
