摘要
意识的神经相关问题是目前尚未解决的重大科学问题之一。丘脑参与众多神经环路和神经网络,丘脑连接与意识障碍、全身麻醉和睡眠等意识改变状态均存在关联。借助脑功能成像和神经电生理研究的进展,上行唤醒网络、中央环路和额顶皮质网络等意识相关网络中丘脑的参与得到进一步大量实验支持。本研究综述了丘脑参与意识加工的环路机制和针对特定丘脑亚核的意识调节研究进展,以期提高对丘脑与意识关联的认识,为意识障碍患者促醒的神经调控提供理论依据。
The neural related problem of consciousness is one of the great scientific problems that have not been solved at present.Thalamus participates in various neural circuits and neural networks,and thalamic connections are related to the changes of consciousness state such as disorders of consciousness,general anesthesia and sleep.With the development of functional brain imaging and neuroelectrophysiological research,the involvement of thalamus in consciousness related networks such as ascending arousal network,mesocircuit and frontoparietal cortical network has been further supported by numerous experiments.This study reviews the research progress of the loop mechanism of thalamus involved in consciousness processing and consciousness regulation targeted at specific subnucleus of thalamus,in order to improve the understanding of the relationship between thalamus and consciousness and provide theoretical basis for the neural regulation of consciousness promotion in patients with disorders of consciousness.
