摘要
目的 了解老年人积极老化态度的影响因素,为老年人健康服务提供参考依据。方法 2019年7月至8月随机抽取广东省2 167名≥60岁老年人作为研究对象,用一般情况问卷、老化态度问卷(AAQ)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、生活取向测验修订版(LOT-R)、简版老年抑郁量表(GDS-15)、广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7)、生活满意度量表(SWLS)进行调查并分析。结果 广东省老年人AAQ评分为(78.857±9.932)分,整体呈现出积极老化趋势,其中76.604%的老年人持积极老化态度。AAQ量表心理社会丧失、身体变化、心理获得维度的每个条目评分分别为(2.506±0.651)、(3.344±0.668)、(3.019±0.495)分,心理社会丧失得分低于中间值(3分),身体变化与心理获得得分高于中间值(3分)。二元Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、参加锻炼及社区活动、与子女的关系评价及朋友支持、其他支持、LOT-R、GDS-15、SWLS评分是广东省老年人积极老化态度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 老年人的积极老化态度不仅受自身条件的影响,还受家庭环境、社区服务状况等因素的影响。通过全面、系统地探讨老年人积极老化态度的影响因素,可以为成功老化提供有价值的建议。
Objective To understand the influencing factors of positive aging attitude of the elderly,so as to provide reference for the health services of the elderly.Methods From July to August 2019,2 167 elderly ≥ 60 years old in Guangdong province were randomly selected as the research objects.General situation questionnaire,Attitude to Aging Questionnaire(AAQ),Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),Life Orientation Test-Revised(LOT-R),Geriatric Depression Scale-15(GDS-15),Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-Item Scale(GAD-7) and Satisfaction With Life Scale(SWLS) were used for investigation and analysis.Results The AAQ score of the elderly in Guangdong province was(78.857 ±9.932),showing a positive aging trend as a whole,of which 76.604% held a positive aging attitude.The scores of each item in the dimensions of psychosocial loss,physical change and psychological gain of AAQ scale were(2.506±0.651),(3.344±0.668)and(3.019±0.495) points respectively,the score of psychosocial loss was lower than the middle value(3 points),and the scores of physical change and psychological gain were higher than the middle value(3 points).The results of binary Logistic regression analysis showed that age,participation in exercise and community activities,evaluation of relationship with children and the scores of friends’ support,other support,LOT-R,GDS-15 and SWLS were the influencing factors of positive aging attitude of the elderly in Guangdong province(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive aging attitude of the elderly is not only affected by their own conditions,but also by family environment,community service and other factors.By comprehensively and systematically exploring the influencing factors of positive aging attitude of the elderly,we can provide valuable suggestions for successful aging.
