摘要
目的 分析滋阴补肾中药治疗糖尿病肾阴虚证的临床效果及对血糖水平、肾功能指标的影响。方法 筛选福建省龙岩市第二医院于2020年1月—2021年12月收治60例糖尿病肾阴虚证患者作为观察对象展开分析,根据治疗方案不同分为对比组、研究组,每组30例。分别给予常规治疗、联合滋阴补肾中药治疗,比较两组临床指标。结果 研究组临床总有效率96.67%明显较对比组的80.00%更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组中医症候积分、血糖水平、肾功能指标均较对比组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在糖尿病肾阴虚证患者中联合滋阴补肾中药治疗,可显著提高临床效果,且能够更好改善疾病症状、血糖水平和肾功能指标。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of nourishing yin and tonifying kidney traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes with kidney-yin deficiency syndrome and its influence on blood glucose level and renal function indexes.Methods A total of 60 diabetic patients with kidney-yin deficiency syndrome admitted to the Second Hospital of Longyan City of Fujian Province from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as observation objects for analysis.According to different treatment plans,they were divided into comparison group and study group,30 cases in each group.They were given conventional treatment and combined with traditional Chinese medicine for nourishing yin and tonifying kidney.The clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the comparison group 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the comparison group,the TCM symptom score,blood glucose level and renal function index in the study group were lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined with traditional Chinese medicine for nourishing yin and tonifying kidney in diabetic patients with kidney-yin deficiency syndrome,the clinical effect can be significantly improved,and disease symptoms,blood glucose levels and kidney function indicators can be improved.
