摘要
以自有品牌服装专业零售商(SPA)的服装回收供应链为研究对象,研究现实中存在的零售商回收和委托第三方以折扣券回收旧衣的场景,以及是否进行回收后的可持续投入,提出四种服装回收策略。考虑消费者可持续性偏好,建立了不同回收策略下的利润模型,并求解得到最优解。研究发现,当消费者可持续偏好较小时,零售商选择不进行可持续投入并委托第三方回收时利润最大;当消费者可持续偏好足够大时,零售商选择进行可持续投入并自主回收时利润最大。此外,零售商进行可持续投入以及自主回收,更能吸引消费者参与回收并购买该品牌的产品,并产生品牌溢价。相比第三方回收,消费者可持续偏好更能影响零售商自主回收下的零售商利润。
In this paper, taking the clothing recycling supply chain of a specialty retailer of private label apparel(SPA) as the research object, we studied the realistic scenarios where the recycling of used clothing was respectively done by the retailer itself and through third party coupon, calculated the sustainable investment when the clothing was recycled and when it was not, and accordingly proposed four clothing recycling strategies. Next, considering the consumers’ preference for sustainability, we established the profit models under different recycling strategies and arrived at their optimal solutions. The study found that when the consumer preference for sustainability was insignificant, the retailer was most profitable when it chose to not make the sustainable investment and instead entrust a third party to recycle the clothing;while when the consumer preference for sustainability was significant, the retailer could have the highest profit when choosing to make the sustainable investment and recycle the clothing independently. In addition, retailers’ sustainable investment and independent recycling could attract more consumers to participate in the recycling and purchasing of the products of the brand, and lead to brand premium.Compared with third-party recycling, consumers’ preference for sustainability had greater impact on the profit of a retailer opting for independent recycling.
