摘要
针对火车滚装船建造过程中,安装焊接压板式扣件火车轨道系统时,由于焊接变形导致火车轨道与轨道垫板之间存在间隙,导致需要打磨降低轨道垫板高度的问题。为提高安装效率,通过研究火车轨道与轨道垫板预制为模块的方法,将火车轨道与轨道垫板的间隙问题转换为轨道垫板和甲板的焊接间隙问题,从而极大地降低了处理间隙问题的难度。
There is a gap between the rail and the doubler plate caused by welding deformation when the rail way system with welded press plate-type fasteners is installed during the construction of rail car carriers,and it is necessary to reduce the height of the doubler plate by grinding.In order to improve the construction efficiency,by studying the method of prefabrication of the rail and the doubler plate into a module,the most difficult gap problem between the rail and the doubler plate is transformed into the welding gap between the doubler plate and main deck,so that the difficulty of gap treatment is greatly reduced.
