摘要
乡村振兴战略是推动农业现代化、激发农村内生活力、提升农民创造力的政策建设,小微权力的功效发挥尤为重要。村域小微权力基于其本质内涵及典型特征,在思想认识、主体责任、职责定位等方面存在漠视侵害群众利益的“小”作风、“塌方式”任用危机的上下监管漏洞、权力腐蚀的外化表现等腐化风险。要找准源头,肃清基层党政组织建设中的“杂质”,剔除腐蚀组织人员体系中的“顽疾”,构建纪法规范互融共生的内在机制,充分发挥内生动力,加快内生循环,强根固基、由内而外实现“廉政乡村”建设。
In the new era,the"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"of the construction is still in the main position of the overall construction.The rural revitalization strategy is to promote agricultural modernization,stimulate rural vitality,and enhance the creativity of farmers.Under the policy requirements,the effect of small and micro power is particularly important.It is necessary to form the causes of power corruption in the environment of small power generation and the predicament interpretation,and analyze the influence factors of small power corruption from many aspects such as ideological understanding,subject responsibility and responsibility positioning.Village domain small micro power arises from its essence and typical characteristics,the weak under the regional ecological problems,should find the source,eliminate the construction of grass-roots party and government organizations"impurities",eliminate corrosion organization system"stubborn",build law norms symbiotic internal mechanism,give full play to the endogenous power,speed up the endogenous cycle,strong root base,from inside and outside implementation"honest country"construction.
