摘要
以山东能源枣矿集团七五煤业为对象,进行了智能矿山建设的探索实践。从搭建井下万兆环网、建设智能化管控系统、智能化实践成果及智能化矿井关键技术四方面进行了阐述,对七五煤业综采、掘进、固定场所以及安全系统进行系统性的智能化升级,通过智能化转型发展解决煤矿安全管理、绿色发展以及高效运行的问题。七五煤业智能化矿山建设成果理想,是解决安全管理难的治本之策。
Taking the Qiwu Coal Industry of Shandong Energy Zaozhuang Mining Group as the object,the exploration and practice of intelligent mine mountain construction was carried out.This paper expounds the following four aspects:the construction of underground 10-gigabit ring network,the construction of intelligent management and control system,the achievements of intelligent practice and the key technologies of intelligent mine,and systematically intelligently upgrade the fully mechanized mining,tunneling,fixed site and safety system of the Qiwu Coal Industry.Through intelligent transformation and development to solve the problems of coal mine safety management,green development and efficient operation.The achievement of intelligent mine mountain construction in Qiwu Coal Industry is ideal,which is a permanent solution to the difficulty of safety management.
