摘要
针对包装生产线码垛机器人工作站研发成本高、效率低等问题,利用RobotStudio软件进行虚拟仿真设计。首先利用SolidWorks和RobotStudio构建工作站模型;然后规划码垛单元布局,对机器人夹具、输送链和AGV叉车进行机械装置编译与Smart组件设计;最后完成机器人离线编程并进行仿真和运行分析。试验结果表明,虚拟仿真提高了工作站布局和调试效率,同时为自动化生产线设计、调试、改进提供参考。
For the problem of high cost and low efficiency in the development of palletizing robot workstations for packaging lines,virtual simulation design was carried out using RobotStudio software.First,the workstation model was constructed using SolidWorks and RobotStudio;then,the palletizing cell layout was planned,the robot fixture,conveyor chain and AGV forklift were compiled with Smart component design for mechanical devices,and finally,the robot was programmed offline and simulated and analyzed for operation.The test results show that the virtual simulation improves the efficiency of workstation layout and debugging,while providing a reference for the design,debugging and improvement of automated production lines.
