摘要
告成煤矿煤层透气性差、煤体松软易碎成孔难、钻孔流量衰减快,造成瓦斯抽采困难。为提高瓦斯治理效果,对瓦斯抽采钻孔工程进行全过程精细管理。通过在钻孔设计—开孔定位—施工监管—验收分析—增透及二次修复—封孔工艺各环节上不断改进,消除消突空白带、提高钻孔抽采浓度和抽采量,回采工作面单产水平和煤巷进尺速度得以提高,保障了矿井安全生产及正常接替。
In Gaocheng Coal Mine,the permeability coal seam is poor,the coal body is soft and fragile,hole formation is the difficult,and the decline of borehole flow is rapid,all this make it difficult to extract gas.In order to improve the effect of gas control,the whole process fine management of gas drainage drilling engineering was carried out.Through continuous improvement in the process of drilling design,hole opening positioning,construction supervision,acceptance analysis,permeability enhancement and secondary repair,hole sealing,blanking zone of removing outburst risk was eliminated,and gas extraction concentration and extraction volume were increased.The mining rate of the working face and the advance rate of coal roadway were effectively improved,and the safety production and normal replacement of mining and driving were ensured.
