摘要
随着汽车的逐渐普及,现代汽车各个部件所需要的加工工艺都在不断地进行着改进与完善。针对汽车中央扶手主壳形状复杂、模具结构设计困难的问题,设计了冷热流道相结合的方式进行注塑;针对难脱模的问题,进行了内收抽芯机构的脱模设计,具有较好的结构创新性。方案为汽车扶手注塑模具设计提供了一种切实可行的设计思路和理念,改变了汽车扶手模具整体结构的布局,使得机构简单实用。
With the gradual popularization of automobile,the processing technology of various parts of modern automobile is constantly improved and perfected.In this paper,aiming at the problems of the complex shape of the main shell of the car central handrail and the difficulty of mold structure design,the injection molding method combining hot and cold flow channels is designed.Aiming at the difficult demoulding problem,the demoulding design of adduction core pulling mechanism is designed,which has good structural innovation.It provides a feasible design idea and design concept for automobile handrail injection mold design,changes the overall structure layout of automobile handrail mold,and makes its mechanism simple and practical.
