摘要
利用固相萃取和气相色谱-质谱联用技术,对黄河口表层水中的有机氯农药进行检测,探究其残留特征、环境质量及健康风险水平。结果表明:水样中HCHs、DDTs的总含量范围及年平均值分别为6.28-31.17 ng/L(18.07 ng/L)和n.d.-0.324 ng/L(0.119 ng/L),HCHs为表层水体中主要的有机氯农药。根据水环境质量评价,黄河口表层水环境质量较好。健康风险评价显示,有机氯农药未对人体健康产生明显的负面影响,但儿童潜在的健康风险要高于成人。
Solid phase extraction(SPE)and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)were used to detect organochlorine pesticides in the surface water of the Yellow River Estuary to explore their residue characteristics,environmental quality and health risk level.The results showed that the total contents and annual average values of HCHs and DDTs in water samples were 6.28-31.17 ng/L(18.07 ng/L)and n.d.-0.324 ng/L(0.119 ng/L)respectively,that is,HCHs was the main organochlorine pesticide in the surface water.According to the evaluation of water environment quality,the environmental quality of surface water in the Yellow River Estuary is better.Health risk assessment showed that organochlorine pesticides had no significant negative impact on human health,but children have greater higher potential health risk than that of adults.
