摘要
手持式示波器多个模拟通道间通常采用电气隔离的方式,可以同时测量几个没有公共参考的信号,方便应用于外场和现场复杂的测试环境。传统的电气隔离方案采用线性光耦和隔离变压器组合实现,带宽均在500 MHz左右。该文采用基于光电隔离和电场隔离的组合方案,实现了手持式示波器1 GHz以上带宽的模拟通道。
Analog channels usually isolate each other on handheld Oscilloscope,which can measure several isolated signals at the same time.It’s convenient for one to use out-field in complex test environment.Traditional electrical isolation combines linear optocoupler and isolation transformer,which bandwidth is about 500 MHz.A new isolation method combined optical isolation and electric field isolation is proposed,which bandwidth achieves 1 GHz.
