摘要
脂肪肝、酒精性肝病、病毒性肝炎、急性肝损伤、肝纤维化、肝硬化和肝细胞癌等各种不同的肝脏疾病给家庭和个人带来巨大的痛苦与伤害。目前,肝脏疾病治疗药物处于不断探索阶段。雷公藤红素是雷公藤药用植物根部提取出来的萜类物质,在研究中发现雷公藤红素能够治疗各种不同的疾病和改善疾病发生的症状。在肝脏疾病药物研究与开发中,雷公藤红素在肝脏疾病治疗上正不断地开发与探索。
Fatty liver disease,alcoholic liver disease,virus hepatitis,acute liver injury,liver fibrosis,cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma cause tremendous suffering and harm on society and individuals.At present,the research of therapeutic drugs for liver diseases is in the stage of continuous exploration. Celastrol is a terpene extracted from the roots of Tripterygium wilfordii. In the study of Celastrol,it has been found to treat a variety of diseases and symptoms.In the research and development of liver disease drugs,Celastrol is in the continuous development and exploration on the treatment of liver disease.
