耐腐蚀双酚A环氧乙烯基树脂的研发及其腐蚀性表征

摘要 报道一种耐腐蚀性双酚A型环氧树脂的研发及应用,包括树脂的合成、液体指标测试、浇筑体的物理性能测试以及应用性能测试。结果表明:本树脂黏度、固体含量和放热峰适中,浇铸体拉伸、弯曲、冲击等机械性能优异;实验室应用测试结果表明:本树脂经过碱煮后100 h内,外观无明显变化、质量保持率在1%左右,强度保持率大于85%,具有耐碱性突出的特点。该树脂具体应用于造纸、医药、发电、管道、钢铁等领域的防腐设备。 This paper reports the development and application of a corrosion-resistant bisphenol A type epoxy resin,including the synthesis of the resin,liquid index testing,physical properties testing of the casting body and application performance testing.The results show that the viscosity,solid content and exothermic peak of the resin are moderate,and the casting body has excellent mechanical properties such as tensile,bending and impact.The results of laboratory application show that the resin has no obvious change in appearance,the quality retention rate is about 1% and the strength retention rate is more than 85% within 100 h after alkali boiling.It has the characteristics of outstanding alkali resistance. The resin is specifically used in papermaking,medicine,power generation,pipeline,steel and other fields of anti-corrosion equipment.
