白藜芦醇调控细菌耐药性研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 白藜芦醇对革兰氏阴性及阳性菌、病毒、真菌及衣原体等抑制作用明确,可通过干扰细菌生物膜的形成、抑制药物外排泵的功能、增加细胞的通透性及修饰药物作用靶点等方面参与细菌耐药的调控。此外,白藜芦醇还可作为抗菌增效剂增加细菌对抗生素的敏感性,提高抗生素的疗效。白藜芦醇治疗耐药菌感染有多重优势,如不易引起细菌耐药、成分较为明确、易获取、抑菌谱广泛、抑菌机制多样、可协同增效抗生素等。然而,结合中药免疫调理特点阐释白藜芦醇对细菌耐药机制改变的报道尚不多见,可进一步加强结合HMGB1这一免疫网络核心调控分子的研究。此外,白藜芦醇及虎杖苷胃肠道吸收良好,为其给药方式及临床口服剂型的探索提供了保障,提示基于病原体/机体免疫,全面揭示了白藜芦醇调控细菌耐药机制的单体中药研发的迫切必要及潜在可能。 Resveratrol has a clear inhibitory effect on Gram-negative and positive bacteria,viruses,fungi,and chlamydia.It can participate in the regulation of bacterial resistance by interfering with the formation of bacterial biofilms,inhibiting the function of drug efflux pumps,increasing cell permeability,and modifying drug targets.In addition,resveratrol can also be used as an antibacterial synergist to increase the sensitivity of bacteria to antibiotics and improve the efficacy of antibiotics.Resveratrol has multiple advantages in the treatment of resistant bacterial infections,such as not easy to cause bacterial resistance,relatively clear components,easy access,broad antibacterial spectrum,diverse antibacterial mechanisms,and synergistic antibiotics.However,there are few reports explaining the changes of resveratrol′s resistance mechanism to bacteria in combination with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine′s immune conditioning,which can further strengthen the research combined with HMGB1,the core regulatory molecule of the immune network.In addition,resveratrol and polydatin are well absorbed by the gastrointestinal tract,which provides a guarantee for the exploration of their administration methods and clinical oral dosage forms,suggesting that based on pathogen/immunity,it comprehensively revealed the urgent necessity and potential possibility of the research and development of monomeric traditional Chinese medicine for resveratrol to regulate the mechanism of bacterial resistance.
