摘要
核电厂气动调节阀的应用在核电厂运行中起到关键作用,并且有预见性和针对性的阀门维保对提升经济效益具有重要意义。对核电站气动调节阀的结构与常见故障进行了介绍与分析,同时将调节阀的性能进行分类,定义相应的性能指标。对后续进一步做好并落实气动调节阀的预防性运维措施提供了借鉴。
The application of pneumatic valve in nuclear power plant plays a key role in the operation of nuclear power plant. More predictable and targeted valve maintenance is of great significance to improve economic benefits.This paper introduces and analyzes the structure and common faults of the pneumatic control valve in nuclear power plant,and classifies the performance of the control valve by defining corresponding performance indicators. It provides reference for further implementing the preventive operation and maintenance measures of pneumatic regulating valve.
