摘要 目的:探讨综合护理在重症肺炎合并心衰患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年1月中山市博爱医院收治的80例重症肺炎合并心衰患儿作为研究对象,应用双色球分组法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组实施基础护理,观察组实施综合护理。比较两组治疗有效率、症状改善时间及住院时间。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组高热缓解时间、咳嗽消失时间、呼吸困难消失时间、心衰消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重症肺炎合并心衰患儿治疗期间实施综合护理,可加快患儿临床症状的缓解速度,缩短其住院时间,提升治疗效果。 Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in children with severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure.Methods:From January 2020 to January 2021,80 children with severe pneumonia and heart failure who were admitted to Boai Hospital of Zhongshan were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the two-color ball grouping method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received basic nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The treatment effective rate,symptom improvement time and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time to relieve high fever,disappearance time of cough,disappearance time of dyspnea,disappearance time of heart failure and hospitalization time in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing during the treatment of children with severe pneumonia and heart failure can speed up the remission of clinical symptoms,shorten the hospitalization time,and improve the treatment effect.
