摘要
沥青路面车辙类病害频发,研究表明车辙主要是由路面的剪应力和拉应力引起,可以通过60℃下的单轴贯入试验评价沥青混合料的抗车辙性能。通过单轴贯入试验研究了沥青种类、老化条件及车辆荷载对沥青混合料的高温抗车辙性能的影响,首先,对3种沥青混合料(70#基质沥青混合料、SBS改性沥青混合料、橡胶SBS复合改性沥青混合料)进行配合比设计。其次,对3种沥青混合料进行紫外辐射和多次冻融循环,并在60℃下进行单轴贯入试验测定混合料的剪切强度。最后,基于60℃的重复单轴贯入试验研究车辆荷载、紫外辐射和多次冻融循环对沥青混合料抗剪切疲劳性能的影响。研究结果表明:紫外辐射和冻融循环均使沥青混合料的抗车辙性能产生不同程度的衰减,其中70#基质沥青衰减幅度最大;在应力水平为1.3 MPa(重载)时,2种改性沥青混合料试件变形量均在较少的荷载作用次数下产生了明显增长,并且试件迅速进入破坏阶段,说明车辆荷载水平及作用次数共同决定了试件的剪切变形量,两者具有等效性。
The rutting of asphalt pavement occurs frequently. The research shows that rutting is mainly caused by the shear stress and tensile stress of pavement. Through the uniaxial penetration test evaluation under 60 ℃ . the anti-rutting performance of asphalt mixture can be evaluated. Through uniaxial penetration test the influences of high temperature rutting resistance of asphalt mixture types of asphalt,aging conditions and vehicle load mixture are studied. Firstly,the mix proportion of three kinds of asphalt mixtures( 70#matrix asphalt, SBS modified asphalt, rubber SBS composite modified asphalt) is designed. Secondly,for three kinds of asphalt mixture the ultraviolet aging and freeze-thaw cycle are carried out for many times,and under 60 ℃ the uniaxial penetration test determination of shear strength of the mixture is made. Finally,based on the repeated uniaxial penetration test at 60 ℃ the influence of vehicle load,ultraviolet radiation and repeated freeze-thaw cycle the shear fatigue life of asphalt mixture is studied. The results show that: ultraviolet radiation and the freeze-thaw cycle all make the anti-rutting performance of asphalt mixture produce different degrees of attenuation,and the attenuation of 70#matrix asphalt is largest. On the stress level of 1. 3 MPa( overloading),two kinds of modified asphalt mixture specimen deformation are produced under less load times obviously,and the specimen quickly entered the stage of damage. It shows that the shear deformation of the specimens is determined by the vehicle load level and the number of actions,and they are equivalent.
