摘要
党的十九大提出的乡村振兴战略,是我国解决“三农”问题的全新途径。乡村振兴战略的实施为我国乡村旅游发展提供了新途径,为乡村经济发展注入了新活力,为民族地区乡村旅游发展提供了难得的历史机遇。积极发展民族文化旅游产业是振兴区域经济、繁荣民俗文化的重要途径。赫哲族在长期的生产生活中形成了独特的渔猎文化。四排赫哲乡历史文化资源丰富、自然景观优美,具备发展民族文化旅游得天独厚的条件。结合四排赫哲族乡民族文化旅游的发展实践,对其发展民族文化旅游的特色优势与不足之处进行分析。同时针对其乡村民族文化旅游发展之中存在的旅游产品单一、专业人才缺乏、市场开拓欠缺等问题,从优化基础设施、开发特色产品、开拓新兴市场、加强人才建设等四个角度提出具有针对性、可操作性的对策建议。
The strategy of rural revitalization proposed by the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China is a new way for China to solve the problem of"three rural areas".The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has provided a new way for the development of rural tourism in China,injected new vitality into the development of rural economy,and provided a rare historical opportunity for the development of rural tourism in ethnic minority areas.Actively developing the national cultural tourism industry is an important way to revitalize the regional economy and prosper folk culture.The Hezhe ethnic group has formed a unique fishing and hunting culture in its long-term production and life.Sipai Hezhe Township is rich in historical and cultural resources,beautiful natural landscapes,and has unique conditions for the development of national cultural tourism.Combined with the development practice of ethnic cultural tourism in the four rows of Hezhe nationality townships,the characteristic advantages and disadvantages of the development of national cultural tourism are analyzed.At the same time,in view of the problems of single tourism products,lack of professional talents and lack of market development in the development of rural ethnic cultural tourism,targeted and operable countermeasures are put forward from four angles:optimizing infrastructure,developing characteristic products,opening up emerging markets,and strengthening talent construction.
