摘要
目的 探究分析小儿上呼吸道感染患儿护理期间应用舒适护理的临床效果。方法 筛选本院于2020年6月-2021年6月收治的小儿上呼吸道感染患儿作为研究对象,符合研究需求的患儿共计100例,应用随机数字表法划分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例),分别应用常规护理和舒适护理,对比护理效果,评估指标包含护理满意度、临床症状消失时间、并发症发生率。结果 观察组和对照组比较,观察组护理满意度等各项评分均较高P<0.05;对比两组患儿临床症状消失时间,观察组短于对照组P<0.05;观察组并发症发生率低于对照组P<0.05。可见,于小儿上呼吸道感染治疗期间辅助应用舒适护理有利于缓解患者临床症状,在降低并发症发生率的同时提升了患者护理满意度。结论 小儿上呼吸道感染护理期间应用舒适护理模式对于改善临床症状以及降低并发症发生率具有积极意义,具有较高的临床应用价值,可借鉴和推广。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of comfort nursing during the nursing of children with upper respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 100 cases of children with upper respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group (50 cases) and observation group (50 cases) by random number table method.Routine nursing and comfortable nursing were respectively applied to compare the nursing effects.The evaluation indexes included nursing satisfaction,clinical symptom resolution time and complication rate.Results Compared with the control group,nursing satisfaction and other scores were higher in the observation group (P<0.05);The clinical symptom disappeared time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than control group (P<0.05).It can be seen that the auxiliary application of comfort nursing during the treatment of pediatric upper respiratory tract infection is beneficial to relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients while reducing the incidence of complications.Conclusion Comfortable nursing mode has positive significance to improve clinical symptoms and reduce the incidence of complications during the nursing of children with upper respiratory tract infection,and has high clinical application value,which can be used for reference and promotion.
